FOUNDER

After years of struggling with my own mental health I set out to equip people with the right tools so that they don’t have to go through the same things I did.

I’ve been working to create this impact for a while; during the pandemic I gave meditation classes to fellow university students. Later I started a clothing brand that starts conversations around mental health called DIS-ORDER (that has sold in 16 countries and counting).

Now, I run AURORI to create an even bigger impact. I want to help organizations build environments and cultures where their people can find meaning and success in their place of work.

AURORI is the culmination of years of passion, learning, and hard work to create a positive impact on people's quality of life and understanding what drives organizational success. I invite you to join us on the journey to make the world of work healthy, connected, and engaged!

Hey! My name is Britt, I am 28 years old and work as a psychologist. I feel that I have an incredibly beautiful profession: every person is different, and I learn something new every day.

In my work as a psychologist, person-centeredness, openness, and equality are important values to me. Also, I make sure to take good care of myself, as taking care of others begins with taking care of oneself.

I enjoy engaging in activities like sports, cooking and eating delicious food, being outdoors in nature, listening to (live) music, and I especially love doing all these things with my loved ones.

In AURORI I help Stijn by sharing my personal and professional experience to better understand and interact with people and their nuanced nature.

ADVISOR

I'd like to introduce myself: My name is Taco Hendriksz, and I bring over 35 years of diverse experience in various companies. This experience spans areas such as navigating challenging situations, continuity issues, restructurings, managing family successions, serving in interim CFO roles, and holding supervisory positions. In all my work, I've always placed a strong emphasis on the human element.

Beyond my professional role, I'm also passionate about dedicating time to advise young entrepreneurs and businesses – and not as a paid consultant. I offer a listening ear and serve as a sparring partner, focusing on understanding the core essence of a company's existence and the motives and driving forces behind the entrepreneurs. I help in evaluating business cases, critically reviewing and assessing business plans, providing occasional guidance, encouragement, and compliments. Finally, I share insights from my own experiences and pitfalls. I take great pleasure in playing this role at AURORI.
